There are several ways or processes to remove frost from refrigerated coils and one of them is to install a separate circuit inside the coil itself. This is called an imbricated circuit.
This system has several advantages over hot gas defrosting but the main one is that it is not necessary to divert refrigerant from the discharge of the cooling plant and the evaporators can remove the frost independently. It is also important to take into account that it can be activated every time the compressor stops, which means that the coil cleaning cycles are more frequent, gaining performance and effectiveness.

Temper, glycol, water, … are several of the fluids already used but we can circulate any fluid that we understand we may be interested in.
