García Cámara continues its expansion with the manufacture of the new Gascooler Hybrid LEVANTE, a solution developed for transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems that combines maximum energy efficiency, operational stability and a design specifically engineered to operate in demanding climatic conditions.
Following the launch of this new range, mass production of the units at our facilities is ramping up, consolidating a project that represents a significant step forward in the field of sustainable cooling.
The Gascooler Hybrid LEVANTE incorporates innovative hybrid technology that combines conventional air-to-coil heat exchange with a water-assisted evaporative cooling system. Thanks to this solution, the unit is capable of maintaining high performance even during periods of extreme outdoor temperatures, improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
KEY DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
- Coils arranged in parallel, for a more uniform air distribution.
- Bypass dampers to help preserve the adiabatic panel and improve fan efficiency.
- Full access to all parts of the unit thanks to its service aisle.
- Water recovery, reducing consumption by a factor of ten compared to an adiabatic system with water loss. Hydraulic system with constant recirculation and controlled air temperature, replenishment with clean, fresh water, and periodic draining and drying of the system
